本說明文件提供資安院同仁使用 IEEE Xplore、IEEE DiscoveryPoint for Communications (IDPC) 與 ACM Digital Library 資料庫的操作指引。

重要注意事項 ​

  • 必須使用院內 IP (OA/LAB) 才能存取 IEEE Xplore 和 ACM 資料庫
  • 連線時請確認是否出現 NICS 授權標示
  • IDPC 平台需使用機構信箱 (@nics.nat.gov.tw) 註冊後使用

IDPC 帳號註冊步驟 ​

📝 註冊流程 ​

  1. 前往 IDPC 平台：https://discoverypoint-comms.ieee.org/
  2. 點選 Register 按鈕
  3. 填寫註冊表單
  4. 前往信箱收取驗證郵件
  5. 點選驗證連結啟動帳號
  6. 完成機構信箱驗證後，即可開始使用 IDPC 平台

⚠️ 重要提醒 ​

請務必使用資安院機構信箱 (@nics.nat.gov.tw) 進行註冊！

使用方式 ​

  1. 使用註冊的機構信箱登入
  2. 在搜尋欄位輸入關鍵字
  3. 利用左側篩選器精煉搜尋結果
  4. 點選文章標題查看詳細內容
  5. 下載所需的文件或資源

ACM Digital Library 資料庫 ​

存取網址 ​

使用方式 ​

  1. 使用院內網路連入網站
  2. 確認頁面顯示 NICS 授權
  3. 輸入關鍵字搜尋

常見問題 ​

Q1: 無法下載 IEEE Xplore 或 ACM 文章怎麼辦？ ​

  • 請確認是否使用院內網路 (OA/LAB)
  • 檢查頁面是否顯示 NICS 授權標示
  • 若仍有問題，請聯繫前瞻研究籌獲中心

Q2: 在家可以使用這些資料庫嗎？ ​

  • IEEE Xplore 和 ACM Digital Library 目前僅限院內 IP 使用
  • IDPC 平台註冊後可在任何地點使用
  • 若有遠端存取需求，請洽詢相關單位

Q3: IDPC 和 IEEE Xplore 有什麼不同？ ​
